Jacques Heckstall-Smith
Founder
Jacques was ingrained in motorsport from the very beginning of his career, working in junior single-seater racing teams straight out of University. After working in marketing for several years, Jacques was fast tracked to Commercial & Driver Manager with responsibility for identifying and signing young driving talent. After working with a number of exciting up and coming prospects, he made the move to Formula 1, working with Felipe Massa at Williams Racing. Soon after Jacques was recruited by Red Bull Racing where he worked alongside Alex Albon, Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez and Pierre Gasly.
Deborah Lyall
Team Coordinator
Deborah has over 15years experience in the motorsport industry. She began her career in the lower echelons of motorsport following completion of a sport science degree and initial experience in the sports event industry.
Following a growth path, much like the drivers, she advanced from team coordination across four race teams at Arden International to Assistant Team Manager at Jaguar Formula E. Deborah now joins Grip Sports Management as Executive Assistant.
